Disliked: ⸻We were extremely disappointed with our stay at this hotel. We booked a room for five people, including our 5-month-old baby, and paid the price of two regular rooms. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was because it could accommodate our whole family, including our infant.I had requested a crib in advance, but it was never provided. I also sent several messages regarding the crib and meal options at the hotel, but no one ever responded.When we arrived, we were greeted at the front desk with a complete lack of hospitality. The room itself was dirty, old, and very poorly maintained. Everything felt worn out and neglected.If it had been possible to cancel the reservation or request a full refund, I absolutely would have — this room was 100% not worth the money we paid.Overall, this was a terrible experience, especially considering the high cost. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great location and comfortable hotel

Liked: The room was a great size with large king comfortable bed and seating area. Good air conditioning. Coffee making facilities. Nice towels.Great location close to WW2 Marine Monument (5 mins walk), one stop on Metro from Arlington Cemetery. Excellent Metro connections to all places of interest and both Ronald Reagan and Dulles Airports. Lots of nice eating places nearby, especially liked Upside on Moore.
Disliked: Unfortunately the hotel didn’t have a bar for relaxing after a busy day sightseeing!

Disliked: We stayed 3 nights and they didn’t clear the trash during those days even though we asked them to in the front desk. At the end, both trash bins are full and we have to leave some of the trash in the table.
