Clean property, friendly staff, nice...

Liked: Location, Pool, clean property.
Disliked: Food was below average for a resort. Dinner: Wilted lettuce, soup had no flavor and thickened with cornstarch vs a roux. Food at poolside was equivalent to ballpark style food in offering and flavor.

Breakfast buffet was the best...

Liked: Close to the beach. Nice pool.
Disliked: My room was the farthest away from anything. Fees for a beach chair. Hallways were not vacuumed. Same trash in the ice/vending room for 4 days. View from my room was a parking lot. Cream/sugar in the room was the cheapest available. Sad. Bought my own. Body wash in the shower was empty. No decor pillows or bed spread like in the photos. I asked for a robe & was told they would deliver one but never did.

Liked: Location was good. Access to the poolAnd restaurants was good. Bike rentals were good too.
Disliked: Ice machine never worked on my floor. The water pressure was not good. Hours for food during the day was weird. Wish the pool Bar food and drinks were opened longer. Wasn’t the best family friend for us with my age of kids.

Liked: The pool was great. The beach was close but you had to pay for the use of the chairs and umbrella. The staff was friendly.
Disliked: The view wasn't a part ocean view. No room service. The shuttle they provided stopped running at 5:00. Called once to be picked up and had to wait an hour. No activities in the evening.

Liked: The resort is directly on the beach and beach chairs and umbrella's were provided by the resort and beach services. The beach was clean and nice. They also had lifeguard services.The pool area was very nice and inviting. They had an outdoor bar and food service menu. The bar staff was attentive to the guest.The room was clean and quite for the most part. We were next to rooms that were still being remodeled and that was noisy during the day. I thought the resort should have provided a bit of a discount for this inconvenience. The plus was that the resort staff was excellent.
Disliked: As mentioned above, the construction close to our room.
