Liked: The close location to Citizens Bank Park
Disliked: There was nowhere for us to take our dogs to go to the bathroom (no grass areas). When we asked the front desk where to go, her answer was “anywhere on the sidewalk.” She also mentioned that there was a park 3/4 of a mile away that we could take them… the average dog has to go to the bathroom every few hours. You expect me to walk 1.5 miles everything my dog has to go to the bathroom? I understand the hotel is in the middle of a major city.. However you’re going to have guests stay at the hotel who are from all parts of the country and beyond.. a lot of which are rural. My dogs are not used to going to the bathroom on busy sidewalks, with cars flying by. If you’re going to allow dogs at your hotel, at least have a 10 x 10 ft grassy area for them to got to the bathroom. Two other things to note— the valet attendants were not the friendliest, and there was also a foul odor coming from the shower drain.

Liked: There was a pool.

The shower was not clean: had a patch of hair on the soap rack, it was moldy, any had a hole in its ceiling, and an unecessary sharp corner to cut yourself on.3.) Fine layer of dust on tissue-box covers.4.) Room lights were not on wall switches: had to go to each individual lamp to turn lights on or off.5.) The refrigerator was was warmer than my cooler!6.) The TV channels selection, was limited to the point of being terrible.7.) The valet service was ab-so-lutely awful: we waited over 45min for our car to be brought out, the valet attendants smoke cigarettes right in front of the hotel door!, parking is not free ($50 per day).8.) The pool is NOT heated and the hours of operation are limited to 8pm. You will not get a chill adult swim with kids splashing all over the pool.
