Disliked: -Smoke detector light in room in wall above TV was flashing all night and made it difficult to sleep - breakfast ( $10 mandatory charge) was awful- sound proof in hallway not good

Liked: Location was close to restuarants and shopping plus public transportation.
Disliked: It is clearly a hotel that is starting to show some wear and tear, the furniture and walls looked like they could use a good cleaning, though they were okay.

Horrible stay and massive disappointment...

Disliked: Room was absolutely filthy and called housekeeping in person and front desk 5 times and no one came. Tried to find another hotel to leave but the entire city was booked. Not worth the price whatsoever.

Liked: The size of the room was good albeit overpriced
Disliked: The attitude of staff. I told you before it’s my husbands 50th and you didn’t give a damn/ ignored email requests to make room nice (would have paid) and ignored him at desk. Imagine how that felt as someone choosing your hotel to allegedly do something nice. I should have cancelled it there and then. As it is we moved on to Atlantic city the next day in a fabulous hotel that cost less and the staff were kind (shame that wasn’t his birthday!). All reception people I encountered were rude and unhelpful and then I saw you arguing publicly with another guest….

Love Sonesta in Philly highly...

Liked: Nice location to all shops and foods. Clean, convenient.
Disliked: Shower light did not work. But otherwise all good
