They don't give the deposit...

Disliked: The staff was nice to me but I had to extend my stay 4 times and all 4 times I was charged 100$ deposit and those deposits never came back. They keep telling its just gonna add app to my balance but it never did. The last deposit was 70$ as I played late check out from it. You want to tell me that 370$ is something I won't be able to see adding up on my current balance? The hotel was good overall, staff were nice but this whole deposit situation is a scam and that is why you guys are getting 1*. Have traveled for last 10 years, never had 4 deposits being charged and non of it was given back. Shame on the owner of this hotel.

Absolutely excellent. Every hotel chain...

Liked: Beautiful breakfast location, delicious choices, and it was free!So much space to spread out in our suite. The employee at the front desk was so helpful and gracious. I fell in downtown New Orleans while we were on this trip. She helped get me to the nearest ER and checked on me for the remainder of the trip.
Disliked: Wish there was a pool!

Liked: It was only 10mins away from the French Quarter and the room was really nice, plus we didn’t worried about breakfast cause it was included so big thumbs up
