Sonesta Milwaukee West Wauwatosa

I booked a king room with this hotel. Upon arrival, they just checked me into a queen room without saying a word about the king room I thought I was going to walk into. When I went back down to talk to the staff they blew it off like it was no big deal. I tried to talk to them the next morning, but same response - pushed aside, they didn't care. They said I could call and get the difference refunded by the place I called to book the hotel. So I did, but the staff at the hotel lied and said the queen and king room cost the same amount. Not according to the website. Thankfully the company refunded me my money but the point is that the staff at this hotel is unwilling to help, they are rude and disrespectful. The manager made a comment about how it looked like my boyfriend and I had a rough night when we came into the hotel! Like that was any of her business anyways. Either way, the ghetto trash employed at this hotel all deserve to be fired.

I stayed in a suite because I went to a concert at The Rave for my 21st birthday. The hotel was beautiful and the room blew me away. It was so spacious and gorgeous!

Liked: The legs and feet set in the bathroom; how comfortable and clean the hotel was!
Disliked: No food vending machines - have to go down to the lobby area.

We had a GREAT stay at the Crowne Plaza hotel. It definitely exceeded our expectations. The price was great as was the room and the staff. We will stay again the next time we are in Milwaukee.

Liked: Friendly staff; great service; large room; great price; conveniently located to many attractions we visited.
Disliked: Cleaning staff was very loud in the morning.

Liked: That they accommodated for you guys booking site lying to me about how my room was supposed to be the upgrade still wasn’t quite what you guys explained but it was better
Disliked: That the hot tub wasn’t open other than that everything else was great

False advertisement.

Disliked: Cleanliness and smell. We changed rooms twice because of mold on the shower door and cigarette smell coming from the air conditioner.
