Liked: Updated and clean facilities.
Disliked: Only one exit and entrance, thru the lobby. The proximity to the highway is not a problem, but the noise the windows allow is. The traffic noise is prevalent.

Liked: The room and convince of where we were staying
Disliked: Staff was super rude when they over charged me and was not even willing to hear me out about it. Both women who came to help were super passive aggressive and rude and thought they were right only to come to the realization that they were not. When they realized they didn't even apologize for being wrong or the situation and were still being rude about the refund. I booked here just because I had stayed there once before and really enjoy the service but after that incident the second time I will not suggest or recommend or stay here ever again. Awful service from the front and trashy attitude from the manager and the other lady working the front on that day. Terrible experience and will never stay again.

Liked: Clean, cozy, all good in inside
Disliked: I didn't like the way the girl at the reception talked to me when I asked her to give me a room a few floors higher, that I had booked a room on a high floor in advance specifically to look at the city, they gave me the 6th floor, considering that the rooms start from the 3rd floor, thank goodness it wasn't in the basement. In general, I asked normally and didn't swear, but she certainly ruined my mood, I'm unlikely to return to this hotel. If anything, I checked the lights in the windows on both sides, and believe me, there were options from which they could have offered me something.

Liked: The room and beds are extremely nice. The food was fantastic. Bathrooms are well lit and clean. The location was right next to my work, within walking distance.
Disliked: Front desk check in was a little bit rude. Parking is pricey here. If you were in a room near the freeway it does not filter out the noise well.
