Disliked: The dated rooms, no hot water, elevators in poor condition, do not use room 1101 as that room should not have been operable it was a major safety issue for an ADA room the bathroom has to be fully done to address the water issue, I would not recommend this hotel even with the location and the staff being friendly, too many other options in the area ….

Told our deposit would take 10 business day to get to our account today is April 17th still no return of deposit.How can you have a sofa bed in a suite without sheets on it no flat sheet no fitted sheetDuvet cover on bed had stains.

Three Hour Wait Saved By...

Liked: The best part of our stay was definitely the staff! Although we had a three hour wait to check in the staff handled us and other guests kindly and courteously to the best of their ability. 10/10 and wishing raises for them all!
Disliked: The only negatives were that we had to wait three hours for our rooms to be ready(this was remedied by hotel staff) and that the beds were just a little uncomfortable. The pillows were great, the shower was hot, and we got complimentary breakfasts for our wait so
