Not a 4 star but...

Liked: The room was a nice size and the beds were comfortable. The drinks on arrival were nice and the 2 bottles of water in the room. Just wish they were in the fridge not at room temperature. The staff were all friendly and will help where ever they can. The hotel is spotlessly clean in the foyaye and restaurant There were always chairs by the pool, which is a little small for the size of the hotel.
Disliked: On arrival you have no choice but to pay $51 a day for valet parking. There is no other parking much to my tight Yorkshire husband's upset. You have to pay $100 a night breakage regardless which was in the small print but takes 5-7 days to come back. We had booked a ocean view room, unfortunately the most we could see where tree tops. You need to be above floor 5 to see past them. There was a little glimmer of sea but mainly all road and trees (see picture).The room was clean and fresh towels but the bathroom had a broken tile in the middle of the walkway and the door was peeling all across the bottom. Stayed in better 2 and 3 stars. They charge $8 for a bottle of water! Ridiculous. It's quite a walk from the hotel to the main bar and restaurant areas and boat rides which in 40 degree heat was a killer.

Simple hotel math: great location...

Liked: Location, location, location. This hotel is situated in a perfect area close to the beach close enough to the nightlife that it doesn’t take long to get there, but far enough away that you can’t hear the noise.
Disliked: Getting a hold of the front desk for clean towels, took a bit longer than normal.

Pleasant

Disliked: The parking was very expensive. They charged me $110 for 2 days. Unreal. If we are staying in your hotel. Parking should be included. Then they charged Resort fee on top of that. I do not recommend. And I won’t be back.
