Liked: We were breaking up a long drive as we aren't comfortable driving at night. This was last minute, through Booking.com. It was a good price, the room was clean and fresh, the staff members were friendly and helpful. The coffee was fresh, and breakfast was okay.

Awesome Awesome Awesome
Liked: Very clean!!! Even the elevator smelled good. Breakfast bar was nice. I have stayed at many hotels over the years and this is only the 2nd 10 rating I have ever given.
Disliked: Nothing. It was outstanding

Liked: Beds were comfortable and room was clean
Disliked: Advertised a hot hearty breakfast which we didn't exist. Breakfast choices were bagels, toast and coffee, no eggs or meat. by 0700, anything decent was gone and there was milk and juice containers in the refrigerator that was used by all, not individualized which is a safety concern.Also, we stayed 2 nights and was charged 240.00 for the first night, definitely not worth that. We also arrived 2 hours early and she wanted to charge an extra $25.00.

Pleasant
Liked: The staff at the front desk were so very sweet and were really good with my kids. The breakfast was better than I expected. The location was great, it's 2 minutes from the mall.
Disliked: There were gross stains over the bed on the ceiling. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom.There was small but gross looking stain on the comforter of one of the beds. It smelled bad when the AC ran so we didn't use it.

Was lied to about a...
Liked: It was clean. And close to the interstate
Disliked: I was lied to about breakfast. Was told by employee at check that a hot breakfast would be 5:30-9:30 in the morning. Was even in the discription of the room and on a paper posted in the room. There was no hot breakfast. I went down at 7am and there was really stale bread and jelly. The hot breakfast option was the main reason i chose this place
