Liked: Staff was exceptional. The hotel was clean and nicely furnished. Breakfast had a nice variety and was delicious.
Disliked: Door from room to hall stuck. Safety lock on door would not work. Toilet kept running

Didn't have my reserved room,...

Disliked: I am a Disabled Veteran, and my husband is also disabled. We booked, and paid for, a King Disability room more than 24 hours in advance. Showed up to check in at 8:30 pm after a 2 1/2 hour drive from my town to Minot for a medical appointment the next morning. Lee (the front desk attendant) informed me they didn't have my room available. They also didn't have any regular king rooms either. He told me he would give me a 2 queen room, which should be good enough since we would each have our own bed. "Take it or leave it." NO APOLOGY, NO ANYTHING. Had him call the Manager who had even LESS compassion than the guy at the desk. I told the manager that they knew a king room was booked when housekeeping was there that morning and it should have been on a list to clean. She said "Oh well, these things happen. I'm done talking about it, there's nothing I can do." At this point, I looked on Booking dot com for another hotel, but THIS hotel STILL had king AND king disability rooms listed as available to book. They had not corrected their availability. Lee also said he wasn't going to update it, and if someone booked it, when they showed up he would just give them a queen room. So, at 9:30pm I had to go and book another hotel room at my expense, and spend 40 minutes on the phone to get this room refunded. The front desk AND the Manager here don't care, don't have any compassion, and offered no solutions. If I could give a -10 I would.

Disliked: They don’t clean your room unless you request it on the list at the front desk.

Liked: Breakfast was great!! Better than expected.
Disliked: The cloth covered chairs in breakfast area should be covered in vinyl instead of cloth. The cloth looked dirty from stains.
