We booked a room and...

Liked: We were stranded at the Houston airport because of weather issue and the pilot has timed out for the day. We booked a room here through Booking.com at the same night. When we got there at 2am, we were told that we didn't have any booking even though it was confirmed by Booking.com.
Disliked: We didn't get to stay in here.

good clean hotel, very nice

Liked: we didnt eat but saw people eating we had coffee to go and it was good,//** I was asked for a 100.00 dollar deposit for the room, i told them that we booked with Booking.com and Booking did noy ask for, he waved it But?? we dont smoke or tear up any rooms i felt as if they think we would do such a thing at my age........
Disliked: the hotel asking for a one hundred dollar deposit

Disliked: The shuttle service is a scam. Waited for over an hour at the airport and some other shuttle driver had to pick us up because they weren’t showing up and they closed it down at 11pm. And it was 10:58pm.

Liked: The staff member on the front desk as very friendly and helpful. The location was handy for an airport stay, and there were some food and drink places next door. The bed was very comfortable. The shuttle transport was easy to arrange, and the driver was wonderful.
Disliked: We saw a cockroach climbing up the wall which made us feel quite uncomfortable. The room was fine but generally tired looking. There were bugs in the bread and bagels at breakfast, and it was generally very poor quality. I think every machine in the gym was broken so they need to fix it or close it as it’s quite dangerous.
