Liked: Mold that got me and my family sick which forced us to leave ,rude staff short young Spanish woman with glasses

They can do better

Liked: Had to move room 3 time the night clerk didn’t care that the tv didn’t have a remote and I had a 2 year old that needed to watch tv
Disliked: Pool no open

Horrible hotel.

Liked: This place rated 4. It was horrible. Not clean and doesn't look like they will improve!
Disliked: Breakfast was horrible. They should just not serve it if they choose to have it displayed poorly and there was no food????

Liked: Customer service was rude and refused to initiate a refund once I stated their hotel was unsafe to stay in
Disliked: Bad hospitality; no breakfast though it said there would be. Only boxed cereal and a broken waffle maker
