Disliked: Remote control didn’t work, and there was no replacement. The 2nd night we came in late and the night desk Auditor was nice, and said we could have a late checkout at 12 and said she would make a note on the computer. The next morning at 11:15 LaShonta knocked on the door and very rudely said if we didn’t leave now we would be charged a $30 late checkout fee. I told her the night clerk said we could leave at 12 and she said she didn’t care what they said, she said she was the boss. We then rushed to leave. When we walked into the hallway, LaShonta was screaming at someone at the top of her lungs in the restroom across from our room. She’s very rude and unprofessional.
