Liked: The hotel staff told me to make my reservation through an app to get a better price. I followed their suggestion, booked through the app, and paid $65 for the room. But when I arrived, they said they couldn’t find the payment and I had to pay again, this time $93.60 directly at the hotel. They also charged me a $100 deposit.In total, I was charged twice for the room—$65 through the app and $93.60 at the hotel. It was a very disappointing experience. I would not stay here again.
