Sonesta Essential - Baton Rouge Airport

Checked in on Friday May 25th, 3 rooms (225,226,115). Front desk person was awful - we had to show her confirmations from our printout to get the rooms, and did not get room 115 until 7:30PM - waiting for 2 hours after a long drive. No housekeeping until 7PM on Saturday. We had to get some clean towels from Teresa at front desk. She was only person with a smile on her face and nice service.

Disliked: No house keeping.

You get what you paid...

Liked: Nothing! Well always had close parking because there was not a lot of people there.
Disliked: Dirty room,stain old sheets, ice maker broken, breakfast was terrible no regular coffee left and said they weren't making anymore, even though there was 1hour left.

Liked: Breakfast was excellent.
Disliked: The ice machine was broke and I had to go get ice from a gas station across the street.

Disliked: I was unfairly charged for something that I cancelled with the knowledge of the receptionist! The worst thing is that that night I stayed at the hotel paying more expensive because supposedly there was no room available through booking, but going to ask if there was, but not through booking!

Disliked: When I got to the room they gave me it was never cleaned at all. This should never happen. And so i had to go get another room. And than got switched to a double when I needed a single. And the remote did not work so I couldn't even watch TV. It only worked for changing the volume.
