It was great until 11...

Liked: I got no help from the staff When my alarm didn't go off, at 1102 am I guess the manager literally beat the door down, not just knocked didn't make a phone call. She beat the door down. !When I opened up the door, she rudely said check out is at 11 I apologized got my stuff together and was gone by 11:20 Now you guys didn't refund my hundred dollar deposit but only gave me $50 I guess cause the 20 minutes I went over 11 o'clock check out I stay at a lot of hotels usually you get a courtesy Not what you guys that lady beat the door down she must've had something in her hand and she was the rudest person I've ever met She threatened to call the cops on me when I asked about my deposit going back on my credit card I will not be staying in your hotel again not because of the hotel because of the staff

Good place, good value

Liked: The room was nice and comfortable
Disliked: There was multiple locks of black curly hair left inside of room. Free Breakfast was only bagels and muffins.

Liked: Good amount of stores surround/near hotel.
Disliked: No Sign that designates where you can walk your dog or dog bags in display.

We have been going on...

Liked: Location is close to everything , staff were nice other than that this is not the hotel for a family vacation .
Disliked: Trash outside overflowing , Dirty rugs throughout the hotel , looks ran down , beds were so hard , bathroom toilet stays leaking , room had a foul smell. Smell of marijuana throughout the whole second floor. We ended up cutting our vacation a day short due to the awful stay here.
