It was okay.

Liked: Easily found, pleasant location. Room was spacious and clean. Front desk open late. Pleasant breakfast area with a satisfying variety of choices. Nice indoor pool, and seating but could use larger towel there.
Disliked: Building was perpetually wet, felt damp. Our room felt damp and tried everything to ‘fix’ it, AC, fan, heat. Unfortunately the first two nights, there were noisy guests in our hallway, which woke me up. Husband was awakened on and off by the AC/Heat/Fan unit. Only had one hanger in the room, but when I asked for more, they had plenty.

Good

Liked: Staff was great. Super kind and had breakfast ready early to meet the needs of the guests.
Disliked: Bed mattress has extremely noisy springs in it... every move in the night woke us. The door to the bathroom opened into the room and seemed like an exterior door. The controls of the room ac/heat were very dirty but everything else was clean and tidy.

Dirty rooms and rude staff.

Liked: There was one very nice maid
Disliked: The owners were rude. There were bedbugs somewhere on the property because they had mattresses laying out in the grass outside making the property look even more trashy. But mainly it was tge rude owners and their whole family that worked there. Housekeeping didn't get to the room until late afternoon. The owners made it like they thought you weren't going to pay and actually knocked on my door at one minute past 1100am then hid out of site until I answered tge door and then came from the side hallway. When the mattresses were left outside on the grass is the second I left this hotel. I definitely would NOT RECOMMEND

Minimum

Liked: Skipped breakfast. Quiet location. Clean room. Hot shower. Affordable.
Disliked: Loud neighboring guests in hallway. Doors slam shut. Lobby needs some attention so I avoided it.

Disappointing - 2.0 out of 5

Too expensive for basic accommodations

Liked: The front desk staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast area was clean.
Disliked: This room did not rate the $300/night price tag. The room floor was laminate and cold to walk on. The room was very sparsely furnished - bed, vinyl chair, desk and chair, TV, 2 basic pillows per person, microwave. No extra blankets or pillows. Shower grouting was stained and needed to be cleaned. Bedding had some stains on both sheets and bed cover. Breakfast was nice enough but some yogurt or a meat offering would have improved it.

It was a comfortable bed...

Liked: The breakfast was good. We had biscuits and gravy and eggs. Orange juice and yogurt.
Disliked: We had room 116. There was mold in the shower, bathroom vanity light didn't work, there was no fan in the bathroom, the window was stuck shut with no way to bring in fresh air. The view out the window was a solid wall of the adjacent building about 8 feet away.
