Disliked: The room needs a coffee table and a more comfortable sofa. The evening and overnight staff was excellent. The lady during the day was not very friendly at all. She needs some customer service training.

Disliked: Ohhh boy. I couldn't even get past the customer service at the front desk. The place is dirty and the manager came outside to say sorry.

Liked: Convenient location and fair price. Staff was polite and professional. Wonderful breakfast included. We stayed for 2 weeks.
Disliked: The renters in the room above us could be heard walking at all hours of the night. The floor squeaks terribly. It was not possible to get a good nights sleep.

Liked: Rooms are big and functional.
Disliked: Parking was tough when we checked in. Had to walk a long way through puddles and rain to get to our rooms. The shower curtain rod in our room was broken, though it was fixed when we asked. And the shower was difficult to control the water temp. Skipped from lukewarm right to scalding.
