Very good

Liked: I really loved the way the rooms are designed, they give guests privacy.
Disliked: Some things, like the kitchen, seemed to be in poor condition. The toilet in the bathroom didn't flush properly, and the bathtub didn't work very well either. I didn't find any extra dishes or plastic bags for the trash. My reservation was for 6 adults and I only found 1 bowl (plate )and a 1 single fork. Again it was a reservation for 6 adults and we only found 4 towels to use, at the reception I asked for extra towels and blanket which I never received. We found garbage bags in the closet and we left them there. We also found pans inside where the AC unit was and left them there. They need more cleaning and details to be corrected so their units look better.

Disliked: There was dust in the bathrooms like no ones dusted in weeks! Lots of dust and carpets looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in a long time! Very disappointing especially for the price we paid for the loft!

Disliked: The front desk clerk on duty Thursday May 15 in the evening was not too swift. There seemed to be an issue with housekeeping not having cleaned rooms that were booked. I waited for about 35 minutes while he fumbled with other guests in front of me, not helping them. Finally, the manager came out and handled everything. She was great and upgraded us for the inconvenience. We finally left the front desk after a full hour of waiting.
