It was a bed to...

Liked: It's nice that they have free breakfast every day although I feel they should extend the hours and invest in new food warmers. Food was always lukewarm. The grounds were kept clean and quiet overall even though the walls are extremely thin you can hear everything next door. Free parking right outside your room.
Disliked: Dirty towels/sink area upon check in. My towel had a few marks on it, could've been makeup? Could've been something else. Either way there should be no staining on "clean" linens. Doesn't appear that they clean fully before allowing new guests in. Breakfast was never hot, only lukewarm besides the coffee. Something was always broken in the morning causing the kitchen to be overcrowded. I brought it back to room every day to reheat in microwave. Kitchen outlets didn't work (actually thinking about it all outlets on the left side were completely dead including in living room.) Hot tub jets didn't work but it was still a nice temp. No late checkout was allowed even if you pay. Deposit is steep at $250 and they say it takes up to 10 days to be returned. For location alone, max should be $100.

Disliked: The rooms were very dirty. Floor was filthy, dishes weren't clean, bed sheets were dirty.Within 2 hours of checking in, we requested with front desk if we could leave and we were offered a full refund. Later, they decided not to honour the refund we discussed and kept a full night's accommodation even though we were only in the room for less than 2 hours and hated every minute of it

Disappointing

Liked: The location was perfect
Disliked: We paid for a queen & 2 full beds. We got 3 full beds. Also had ants in the kitchen. Microwave didn’t work. Not spacious at all.
