Disliked: The pool was heavily chlorinated and enclosed. Wasn't able to withstand the fumes long enough to enjoy.Coffee pot and supplies were uncleaned and growing mold

Liked: Amazing staff - the most welcoming, warm, and helpful I’ve encountered including among 5-star hotels. The breakfast options are great with a cute dining area. The rooms are well equipped, very clean, quiet and with very comfortable beds. Many excellent restaurants nearby especially in Times Square, Richmond Hill.

Liked: There is a decent sized swimming pool and a nice patio in the back. The breakfast was good, except when they ran out of forks.
Disliked: Our bed sheets were ripped, the TV didn’t work, the stove didn’t work, shower pressure was bad, the phone didn’t work. When I spoke with the front desk, they didn’t offer me any help, just told me to talk to someone the next time I stay. Like they think I’ll be staying again.
