Liked: Rooms were spacious, had a kitchen, good gym, free laundry, nice outdoor space. Helpful friendly staff, good breakfast
Disliked: Dishwasher did not work, no kettle, bathroom had an issue that led to flooding when having a shower.

Worst experience ever had

Disliked: Worst stay I’ve had with Sonesta. I booked three nights but left after one. The room had a strange odor, and when we opened the sofa bed, there was a large bed bug on the sheet. Under the sofa, we found used tissues, the towels looked dirty, and there were stains on the fridge. The bathroom door wouldn’t close properly, rubbing against the toilet. This room felt like it had been skipped during renovation. The refund for the remaining nights is still pending.
