Passable

Liked: I loved the room once we finally got one.
Disliked: I didn't like the fact that check was at 3pm , I didn't get a room until 8 pm , we even walked to different rooms with staff and walked into rooms that had people already staying in them and they didn't know , or " the roster" wasn't updated. I finally got my room and the front desk staff said he would give me a night or discount it , whatever I wanted, I did all the steps I needed too. The next day other staff kept knocking on my door not knowing I was there and asking why I was I there due to the fact that the first man didn't notate the deal he gave me. The supervisor yelled at me while I was literally crying due to all the stress and confusion saying it wasnt her fault and it's my fault they will lose a staff member due to him doing something ( giving me a night for the room inconvenience) that he wasn't supposed to do. That I needed to vacate immediately Worst staff ever. Other than that everything was perfect.

Liked: Swimming pool and basketball court
Disliked: A lot of activity around area. Police was there almost every day looking for someone. Breakfast had limited choices and one day they had no breakfast. No idea why?

Exceptional

Disliked: The management tried to charge a credit card they don't even accept. The card wasn't even authorized for our stay. They said I owed money so they tried to STEAL it from me for there mistake.by charging a card they told me they don't even accept at there hotel

Disliked: Great and safe

Liked: Loved having separate bedrooms with bathrooms, a nice sitting area, and a nice kitchen. Air conditioning was great for Phoenix weather! Will stay here again.
Disliked: Some road noise.

Disliked: I called several times regarding restroom but it was unsuccessful.

Liked: Nothing everything was terrible
Disliked: The room was dirty and our blankets were ripped and there were no light bulbs in the kitchen I called 4 times until someone at the front desk answered

Very expensive

Liked: Quiet
Disliked: So so many hidden fees and added on fees that they do not tell you about! Cost us $600 for 3 days and each day had to check out and back in and pay a security fee. They also make you pay $40 to have a late checkout! Front desk was very rude to us when we asked to speak with a manager she said she’s not here and won’t approve over the phone. Never visiting here again! Also No soap to wash your hands
