Liked: Property was very clean and comfortable! Quiet and peaceful and the staff is excellent! Very friendly and helpful! Maintenance is great as well!
Disliked: There was nothing I didn’t like about the property!

Irritated

Disliked: I didn’t like the fact they didn’t have housekeeping daily and also, in order to get more towels we had to bring them our dirty ones.

Not Worth The Drama!

Liked: The rooms had private bedrooms
Disliked: They put us in a room that unbeknownst to me, had a broken toilet in the second bedroom.... I didn't know right away because the first two nights, I was there alone in the other room.. On day 3, my son joined me, and advised that the toilet in his room had a leak.. I called the front desk, and advised them, and they sent maintenance. An hour later, their extremely rude manager called me at work to advise they were kicking us out because they accused us of breaking the toilet, then claimed the water from the toilet "soaked" the carpet; TOTAL LIES! I even went into the room, and shot video, and there was NO WATER on the floor!! The beds were uncomfortable, and I fear they may have had bed bugs!

Disliked: More fruit and non-meat/dairy options for breakfast.

Liked: I loved the room once we finally got one.
Disliked: I didn't like the fact that check was at 3pm , I didn't get a room until 8 pm , we even walked to different rooms with staff and walked into rooms that had people already staying in them and they didn't know , or " the roster" wasn't updated. I finally got my room and the front desk staff said he would give me a night or discount it , whatever I wanted, I did all the steps I needed too. The next day other staff kept knocking on my door not knowing I was there and asking why I was I there due to the fact that the first man didn't notate the deal he gave me. The supervisor yelled at me while I was literally crying due to all the stress and confusion saying it wasnt her fault and it's my fault they will lose a staff member due to him doing something ( giving me a night for the room inconvenience) that he wasn't supposed to do. That I needed to vacate immediately Worst staff ever. Other than that everything was perfect.

Liked: Swimming pool and basketball court
Disliked: A lot of activity around area. Police was there almost every day looking for someone. Breakfast had limited choices and one day they had no breakfast. No idea why?
