Disappointing

Disliked: The price at the end didn’t match what was on the add!

The room was nice but...

Liked: I liked the room, which was big and comfortable!
Disliked: 1) We stood for 7 days, and the breakfast for 7 days was the same food, and it was poor quality !2) This property is considered as a “hotel”, BUT THERE WAS NO HOUSE KEEPING for a week! We asked atthe reception about the cleaning of the room and they answered “yes of course as soon you check out, and also you take out your own garbages”. 3) some of the staff were friendly 4) they take 150$ for security depositi, and they supposed to give back those money with the check out! of course i haven't got my money back yet.5) they tried to charge my card 4 times additionally for the deposit, after my complain couple of times they did fix it. 6) the pool is very dirty I only recommend this hotel for very short stay, 2 days max !

Totally a waist of money.

Liked: The location
Disliked: I had to be switched 4 times because each room was dirty. One had blood on the pull out, the next had stains on the pull out and the bathroom was dirty, The other was dirty and bed not made. After a 13 hour drive this was very upsetting and we will not ever return to this property.

Disliked: Cleanliness is questionable. Grease stains all over tables and desks.

Superb

Liked: Very nice private two bedrooms. Excellent kitchen facilities. Nice staff.
Disliked: Television did not work properly our entire stay. This issue was supposedly fixed but TV still kept turning on and off. I did report this several times. I did not report that one toilet kept running and had to be adjusted every dsy. Also no hot water in bathroom sink and sink did not drain properly. We saw these as minor issues and only mentioned upon checkout.

Exceptional

Liked: The room is big and spacious, bathroom is good sized with big closet.Good size fridge, counter top burners worked great, some pans were provided.
Disliked: WiFi connection was a joke, if you got connected you usually got disconnected after 20-30 mins.I had to pay $5 per day for parking, why? it wasn't secured parking. I was there for 22 days where else was I going to park?32" tv was tiny for the living space

Overall great place and location...

Liked: breakfast, spacious rooms, kitchenettes, location
Disliked: Washing machines were broken down - rooms were far and hard to move luggage up and down the floors.
