Disliked: had burned light in room, never replaced ..(5 day stay).. no turn down service, room key(s) did not work properlyPARKING SPACES ARE TOO NARROW, I am not obese and couldn't easily get in and out of the car.. would not recommend that you bring your personal vehicle, unless you want door dings.. can't be helped.

Liked: We liked the separate rooms and ground floor accommodations for pets.
Disliked: The flooring was old and filthy, and the pull-out sofa had exposed springs and rip down the side. We had to collect our own sheets and extra pillows. We found what we think was our trash can outside a patio, no liner, so we were improving with bathroom liners. There were no cream/sugar packets with room coffee, though a ready box at the front desk. Coffee was not offered in the lobby until 8am. Nothing convenient at all.

Liked: front desk staff was friendly. Bonus point for being close to Waffle House, too bad I didn't have time to go
Disliked: mattress was a little firm, but not too bad.
