Pleasant
Liked: The hotel is run down. And not as clean as it could be. The layout of the room is not great for two people as the bed is so close to the bathroom. If you get up during the night you wake the other person up. Big disappointment was breakfast. It was from 6:30 to 8:30 and their was never enough food. Location was good for us. I loved having the kitchen. My husband and I had stayed there before and thought it was great! The hotel keeps your $150.00 deposit for up to 10 days or 2 weeks!
Disliked: Breakfast too short. Not enough food. Carpet on the floor was too old.

Liked: Clean room. AC worked properly. Cable worked. Comfortable beds.
Disliked: Stairs required to access room. No parking near room. Ad for the room said 1 king bed. Room was actually a 2 story unit with 3 beds.

Very nice, roomy, comfortable.
Liked: Good breakfast and really good coffee! You may have to walk a bit from lodging to breakfast site.
Disliked: Had to walk through puddles between rooms and parking after rain.

Nightmare trip
Disliked: Well... where to start..I booked MONTHS in advance. We came from NWA which isn't a bad drive however on this particular day the weather was horrible and made the trip an 8 hour drive instead of 4.5. After a long and stressful drive I finally make it to the hotel only for them to tell me I don't have anything booked. He said he couldn't find my name anywhere. He just kept saying your not here at all. I show him proof then he says oh.. I see you canceled some other rooms you must have canceled it. I said no, if you look they are different dates and different style rooms. My room still very much said confirmed. Then he said booking must have canceled it. I said no, it would show that. He just kept saying I don't know what to tell you, I don't have a room for you. So my family of 6 were left scrambling searching for another place. By the time we found a place that we could afford with enough room it was almost 11 at night. There were 5 people searching for hotels. Exhausted and mentally drained I paid $300 for a different hotel for 1 night. Then had to search again the next day because we had more family coming in. It was horrible and a huge inconvenience. The hotel canceled my room with no cause and had zero sympathy for our situation. The trip ended up costing double what I planned for because we had some much family on this trip.
