Amazing!

Liked: The cleanness, the comfort the staff and I was able to have my emotional support animal with me, love the fact there pet friendly
Disliked: The breakfast, the cleanness the morning staff,the room was so comfortable

It was ok

Liked: The size of the suite was perfect, it was clean and the staff was very nice.
Disliked: The heat and air conditioning did not work so it was hot and stuffy in the room, the neighbors looked like they lived there. They had a lot of issues with our reservation and called me one morning on the rooms phone and didn't even tell me who they were and when I answered the woman said "what's you're name?" Immediately and then asked me when I was checking out I told her not for another 2 days and she said I was checking out today which was not the case because when I checked in the woman even confirmed my checking out date and it was not the next day. So she said she'd fix it amd then I went outside to smoke a cigarette and couldn't get back in my room bc they deactivated the key card so I went to the office and they were trying to charge my card (which was the wrong one) again after they already charged it and they had me in the office for a half hour to get it straightened out.

Liked: I love almost everything it fireplace that was my favorite and the fact that we could cook our own meals
Disliked: The TV didn’t work well poor visual quality and some Chanel’s didn’t have sound but the manager compensated us for that issue
