Liked: The staff, very frieldy and solved any problem promptly
Disliked: The variety of the breakfast.

Liked: The rooms were clean. The breakfast was good.
Disliked: We have been staying here for the last three years and were always happy with the room. So, I booked a two room suite 10 months in advance to guarantee we got the room we always stay in. When we arrived; without notification, they split my family up into two separate rooms on opposite sides of the hotel. I'm pretty sure they gave it to one of the many officers attending the Law Enforcement Conference. Our room was next to the elevator and stair well, so we heard everything. Since my son graduated this year, this was our last trip to the National Shooting Sports Competition, and we weren't able to stay together as a family. Also, the refrigerator in our room didn't work, but they replaced it the next day. FYI... if you're staying in a hotel, don't stomp around or jump up and down on the floor because there are people below you. After the law enforcement officers left, everyone started smoking weed. LOL! Therefore, we left a day early because of that, the noise and lack of our family being together.

Disliked: It smells old, it really needs a face lift. Things were broken. The couches looked dusty. And very dirty. It needs new furniture. For breakfast the juice machine is broken so why not have gallons of juice out so ppl can have something to drink besides coffee or tea. You can tell they clean what they see. And don't clean anywhere else. We sat down to eat and behind us was a big red soda, yogurt that was opened and old because it had mold on it. And the shelves were dusty like no one has been there to wipe it down or clean it in days. The homeless people inside and around the hotel were creepy. We will NEVER come back here again.

Disliked: The breakfast was not up to par this was something that was supposedly good or exceedingly good about this place not my experience we've been done at 9:00 they had stopped serving by then but the eggs were horrible and didn't get to try anything else
