Disliked: Breakfast hours, cleaniliness and bad smell at the rrom. Toilette not working well even after Maintenance Tech made an effort to fix it. Elevator in very poor condition.

Liked: The property is clean breakfast as well too room is nice no issues with that it’s the customer service from front desk staff I have stayed there before and I tried giving another try and again the customer service is very poor need to be nicer and welcoming

Liked: "Many thanks to the kind gentleman from the cleaning and maintenance staff who brought me a tray so I could carry breakfast to my parents. He mentioned he was from Cuba. We were staying in room 154."

Liked: Breakfast and pool area. Nice lady who does the breakfast, I think her name is Shannon, was very nice and we could tell she was a good worker. She made the breakfast experience excellent.
Disliked: Room was not clean, shower especially in primary bedroom was filled with hairs that weren’t ours. There were also hairs underneath the fitted sheet that we could see. Floors also pretty dirty.

Clean and friendly needs some...

Liked: The elevator was a big issue - room was on 3rd floor and the elevator was very unreliable. The ice maker in freezer did not work dud need the ice for day tripping in the cooler. The kitchenette sink had a back up issue which I did ask the front desk to look at - they did but still had the issue. Otherwise clean a little dated rugs should be ripped up and vinyl flooring put in. Staff was very attentive and friendly. The weekend breakfast time was a bit short Sunday closed at 9:00 don’t remember Saturday time I think it was until 10:00. The kitchen area was fully stocked and clean. The coffee pot grind basket was broken - had to try and prop it in while brewing. Over all most issues were with out dated items but clean and friendly.

Staff were terrific very helpful

Liked: Too far away from everything for us but all booked out for a major event so had to take what we could get. Room was good could use a little update.
