Decent hotel but don’t agree...

Liked: Clean and comfortable stay
Disliked: The parking was pricy considering it should be included a with your room. You obviously have to park if you are staying there. Strange attendant during check in.

Everything was good

Liked: Every thin was good, staff was very friendly and helpful, always with a smile, special the valets parking guys. The layout of the room, nice and big with a full kitchen , I feel like I was in a apartment and not a hotel, I love that, my Kids enjoyed the pool at night.
Disliked: The valets parking was little costly.

Overall the stay was great

Liked: Plenty space and convenience to the Alamo and river walk area was no more than a 10 minute walk.
Disliked: The restroom doors were cheap feeling and would get stuck to close and open.

I would try it again

Liked: Love the suite it worked out well for us
Disliked: There were a few of the staff that were not very pleasant. But several that were very good

The value the staff, accommodations...

Liked: Liked the room size, breakfast, pool area. Staff was cheerful and helpful.
Disliked: Didn't like that air came from one large vent so when you stood in a particular part of the room, which just happened to be while sitting at the table, you were blasted with air. Would have preferred the bathroom around the corner from the bed as the light automatically comes on when you enter and disrupts sleep for your partner. A bathmat for the tub and dish washing liquid would have been a nice touch. There was dishwasher detergent, but we didn't use enough dishes to warrant running it.

Liked: Nothing. I could not stay there because my son got sick.
Disliked: People at reception desk were not friendly. I had to call to Booking to cancell the reservation. They offered me to change dates. They approve that by phone, but I have never receive a confirmation of that and all the cost has been charged. Very bad experience with the hotel and even worse with booking.
