Disliked: Apparently the room cleaning is once a week, everything else is fine

Liked: The staff was very rude & racists

Wonderful Stay

Liked: The room was nice and very comfortable. Facilities were clean. They surprised me with a room upgrade when I got there, free of charge. It was SO nice having a stocked kitchenette in the room. It was so much better than your average hotel.
Disliked: They ran out of breakfast on Saturday and Sunday and took over 20 minutes to bring out more

Liked: Our room was so big, it was perfect for a family of four and a dog. Also, it had so many features and products in the room to make us feel right at home.
Disliked: The television had only a few channels to watch, about six. Also, the doors to the buildings are so heavy, which made it difficult to bring all our stuff up to our room and back out when it was time to leave, especially with my mother being in a wheelchair. Additionally, besides the friendly office staff, the housekeepers and maintenance staff seemed very nosey and stared a lot for no reason whatsoever, which was a bit uncomfortable.
