Disliked: Check in is at 4pm. Booking.com said hot tub in the room after I paid was told none.of the rooms have a hot tubs so misrepresenting on this site.Also the a/c AND heater never worked.

Liked: Like the location. Attended events in South Reno. The Sonesta is right off Hwy 395 so navigating the southern part of the town was easy. It’s also next to major shopping center for convenience shopping and only two highway exits from a major mall. Good location
Disliked: This specific Sonesta (South Reno) appears to be under staffed. I did not see a house cleaning cart the entire weekend. They would be better served if they doubled the number of towels ( if they are going skip the room make up service).

Exceptional

Liked: Room size. Separate sitting area and bedroom is accomodating for small families. Fridge, Microwave is awesome. Bedding was comfortable. Every aspect of the room was functional.
Disliked: Room was mostly clean on the surface but pulling the sofa bed, mattress was stained, badly. Son ended up sleeping on the sofa not the pull-out. Room felt clean but indoor hallways need to be vacuumed regularly. The walk to the room was a little filthy.

Liked: Great room with mini kitchen and living room.
Disliked: Included breakfast is sub standard. Didnt even have coffee due to some sort of kitchen closure issue which should have been disclosed during booking.

Liked: Only the room as been renovated and had modern kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and full fridge. All new. Breakfast has no eggs and bacon as under construction. They put out 5 yogurts and 5 muffins at time. Person said manager makes her do this!
Disliked: 1. Site manager running place too lean. Front desk not staffed with sign that says ring bell, please wait for me to get there sometime in next 5 minutes and when I do I will be whining about understaffing! 2. Hallways dirty. Door never locked to hote
