Enjoyed our stay!

Liked: The queen studio is cute! It was in a good location. Hotel was quiet!
Disliked: I didn't like that they didn't do housekeeping. Front desk said that you had to ask but who doesn't want their bed made/new sheets/towels, etc??

Disliked: Staff was not helpful left early after be denied Towels from 9:30 am when I called down for them until around 2:30 to 3 pm when left to head home where we could shower and enjoy the rest of our weekend. Hubby’s birthday was kind of ruined because of this but at least he received a refund.

Liked: We loved the suite style of the room. Well equipped kitchen. There was even a fireplace in the room! Very comfortable and clean. Also, very quiet. I chose the location to be close to Dukes surgery center in Morrisville. Only a five minute drive so very convenient.
Disliked: Because the main building is where the breakfast is located, all the suites are in different buildings. On two different occasions I was locked out of my building because the mag door locks were not functioning. I had to go back to the front desk and get new keys, and even then two of the three locks would not respond. We were also never told that housekeeping is only provided weekly and not daily. Because we were only there for two nights, I wasn’t aware that I needed to dry my own towels, so that I could reuse them the next day. Also, no garbage pick up, and when you are in a suite, then you will have way more garbage than normal . There were garbage bags stacked outside sweets, all the way up and down hallways and it’s not very pleasant to look at.
