Liked: I liked the rooms and Felicia was very helpful and attentive. I was checked in quick and my room was pristine. When I needed a bit more time to gather my belongings for checkout Felicia was understanding, patient, and helpful.
Disliked: The deposit was a bit high and the elevator wasn't working, although they offered to help get bags up.

My stay was short but...

Liked: I arrived at 3:30 pm but check-in was at 4 pm. I waited in the lobby/lounge area. My son wanted to play basketball, so he asked Ms. Kim at the front desk for a ball and he went off to play. I went to the front desk to ask a few questions and Ms. Kim was so pleasant and professional. She provided me with a list of restaurants. We decided on Bone Fish Grill which was only a 8 minute drive from the hotel. I met Ms. Effi when we checked out atgreat! am and she was also very professional and pleasant. My overall experience was really good.
Disliked: I wish check-in was at 3pm. After traveling all day, I just want to check-in as soon as possible.
