Beautiful comfortable stay

Liked: Our room was very clean room. Plenty of space, Nice sitting area. Hotel is surrounding by industrial area, however you can not tell once on location, beautiful property, nice landscaping, lots of trees. Outdoor basketball hoop, grill, fireplace and sitting areas. Front staff, house keeping and maintenance were very kind and professional.
Disliked: The indoor pool is small, the whirlpool was out of service and out room did stuck, it was very hard to open and close.

Disliked: Had to remind them several times to clean my room, room was never properly cleaned I bet it still say CLEAN which I wrote on the top of the Friday Frezzer. I had to remind them 4 times for a late checkout on my last day and then someone knocked on my door to remind me I had the checkout at 11:00am (was extended to 1:00pm) manager in the morning wondering around with his shirt unbuttoned showing off his bar chest and bulging stomach. Scrambled eggs were not good found out they were made wipping them up with cooking oil. not butter cooking oil If I could have got my money back I would have moved to a different Hotel but had Paid Booking.Com up front

Liked: The location of the property and the breakfast was decent.
Disliked: Requesting new towels and bed to be made. To come back 11 hours later and towels were still on the floor and bed and trash not taken care of. Towels were still on the floor where I left them.

Will stay again.

Liked: I liked the rooms over all.
Disliked: I asked in advance that the rooms are to be put on the first floor, next to each other due to the noise that was going to be coming from my rooms due to many people coming. We found out on the day of checking in that we will be on the second floor, and the rooms were almost two rooms away from each other so we did get a noise complaint from the rooms between us. On top of the the staff were very rude to one of our additional guest that came to stay with us and gave them attitude for asking a question on where the elevator is to get to the second floor. It was on our booking that there will be six people total for our stay, even with that information there was still attitude for a simple question.
