Liked: The pool was nice. It had a few extra toys to play with that other people had left. I really enjoyed that there were pool towels provided that didn’t have to be our bath towels. Walking distance to a grocery store, liquor store and restaurants.
Disliked: Two things. I didn’t care for the smoking area to be outside/under our non smoking room. It was only bad while a group of people hung out there. The smell didn’t come inside except while we were going in or out. Also the website said there was a shuttle to Disney and there was NOT. The front desk said the company stopped going there the previous month. He didn’t offer any kind of alternative or even advice on what to do. It would have been lovely to not have had to pay for parking at the hotel and at the parks. He could have even suggested a company that we could have called or even said an Uber would be the way to go. Being from out of town, we didn’t know what the best option was. We’re not Disney regulars.

Liked: I’ve traveled all around the world and stayed at hotels in many countries — but this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had.•Staff Behavior: Incredibly rude. From the front desk to housekeeping, nobody seemed to care. The manager was literally fighting with guests and arguing instead of solving problems. Zero professionalism.•Power Outage: When I checked in, the entire power was shut down, and instead of offering compensation or at least an apology, they had the audacity to try and charge me extra. Absolutely unacceptable.•No Housekeeping for 4 Days: No one came to clean the room, take out the garbage, or even change towels during my entire 4-day stay. I had to ask repeatedly and still got no service.•Zero Hospitality: No courtesy, no support, no basic hotel ethics. You’re left completely on your own.This is not just bad service — it’s a total scam in the name of hospitality. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. If you value your peace, comfort, or even basic respect, STAY AWAY from this place.
