It was a nice hotel...

Disliked: I didn't like that the bathroom wasn't properly cleaned. It's like they cleaned only what they could see. Other than that it was a wonderful room. I love that they had a basketball court. Also wish they had more pots in the room. I love to cook more than eating out. The family loved it.

Perfect stay in New Orleans!...

Liked: Everything was so perfect! From the staff attitude, cleanliness, location, everything was perfect. I’m disabled and they went the extra mile to freaking save my life during a flare up, I can’t thank them enough. Food was exceptional for breakfast too, great facilities at the little shop inside reception too! Love this place and the staff :)
Disliked: Nothing it was perfect, a home away from home

Good value hotel located close...

Liked: Very conveniently located to the convention centre and also great nearby restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good value for money.
Disliked: Facilities and rooms are a bit tired, but comfortable. Aircon was noisy in my room.

Best place to stay, clean,well...

Liked: Staff is extremely excellent, friendly, helpful and kind Front Desk staff is very friendly and can provide you with any information that you may need. I will definitely be coming back next year our 2nd stay here and absolutely love it

Superb

Liked: We were there for a week and the breakfast hit the spot daily. The seating fills up fast but there is extra space outside. The walls are solid concrete so we didn't hear our neighbors once! The daily popcorn in the lobby was a nice touch. Everyone here remembered our names.
Disliked: The lobby door sensor couldn't identify smaller children and my 2 youngest got "locked" in and out often.

Liked: breakfast was very good with variety of options. All staff were friendly and more than willing to help.
