Would stay again.

Liked: We liked how it was out of the busy city. It was quiet. Everything was clean.
Disliked: We did not have a remote in our room and the desk did not have one for us. Not a dealbreaker though.

Avoid if you want somewhere...

Liked: The location of the property was very good and once we had got into our accommodation the beds themselves were very comfortable.
Disliked: Unfortunately there was a lot of issues with our stay here. Firstly the accommodation was not up to standard when it came to cleanliness, we found dirty sheets on the bed on arrival which were changed after speaking with reception but this took two times and up to 2 and a half hours to be completed. We also found numerous bugs in the rooms including ants in the carpets and you could tell they had not been cleaned for months. We also found issue with the ice maker which didn’t work in the freezer, the kitchen didn’t have enough equipment to be able to adequately cater for 4 people so you had to put on the dishwasher or wash up more often to make sure we had cutlery etc for breakfast the next day. That then leads me onto breakfast which was included in our accommodation and we tried it on our last day but it was disgusting and very disappointing - there was very little choice of food and it didn’t look very appealing. We also had an issue with the fact that there was no slip mat provided in the bath and we were travelling with a 70 year old who needed help every time she had to get a shower due to not having a slip mat provided - it was extremely dangerous. On top of all of that we had paid for accommodation with a swimming pool and we couldn’t even use it. When we went down to use the pool one very hot afternoon we were greeted with a murky, dirty, disgusting pool with bugs and all sorts of shit floating on top of the pool and you couldn’t even see to the bottom of the pool. There was no way we would ever have used that pool - there was no way that pool had been cleaned daily although that is what we had been told and there was no net to be able to remove any of what was on the top of the pool either. We had to go and find and pay to go swim elsewhere which when we paid for accommodation with a pool really is disgusting. This accommodation really needs fumigation and a massive cleaning operation before being acceptable.

Liked: Nice upscale, quiet, & safe location. Everything worked and was very clean.
Disliked: The AC/furnace was pretty loud. Seemed like something was rattling on the inside.
