One of my favorite places...

Liked: Nice upscale, quiet, & safe location. Everything worked and was very clean.
Disliked: The AC/furnace was pretty loud. Seemed like something was rattling on the inside.

The rooms were nice and...

Liked: The breakfast was very good. The dining room was clean and the food was hot. I was well impressed with the breakfast.
Disliked: The televisions were very old and the cable was not good, it came in and out. The girl that checked me in was not very friendly. The guy that checked me out the next morning was more polite and friendly.

Booking.com screwed me over

Liked: I never got to stay there because booking.com overbooked the hotel and I was notified two hours before check in. Hotel front desk said that they had told booking.com a month prior that they were undergoing renovations but booking.com did nothing and I had to pay double price for another hotel because I was booking it same day due to lack of Efficient notification from booking.com. The hotel said there was nothing they could do and booking.com didn’t even offer a discount on a future stay due to the inconvenience. I was very disappointed as I was traveling to my daughter’s college graduation.
