Disliked: The room gave off a terrible smell. Curtains had an odor. The towels smelled too. When needing an extra item since room wasn’t cleaned everyday. They had none in the reception station. Had maintenance do it. Their excuse was they had lots of customers. But this is the summer and I thought you would always be well supplied even if not super busy. They did apologize and during one of our days there they offered to clean the room at no extra charge one time. I have never seen a hotel ran so badly. Very poor management. You pay big bucks and their priority should be service your customer. One night never got any supplies for our room. I would not stay there again. It was pretty bad.

Liked: I checked out before I could enjoy the breakfast. The location was nice.

Sonesta needs to do better....

Liked: Honestly, there was not anything positive I could say about this hotel.
Disliked: We walked into the first room we were given and the smell of cigarette smoke was a 10. I called front desk and was told this was a no-smoking property, but that they would switch rooms. Next room was in the back and you could hear freeway traffic but no smell. The bedding had blood stains on the comforter. The bathroom was very musty and needed to be cleaned better. We made the best of it because at this point, we had prepaid and we’re not getting a refund. Hotel then proceeded to charge my credit card the entire amount that was already prepaid and I had to call them. Will never stay here again. Many “long term” residents live here and not our type of hotel.

Disliked: Rat droppings on one bed and stains on the other. The staff would not change the bedding. Also the tub was full upon arrival

Great Pet Friendly Hotel

Liked: The hotel is just exceptional all the way around great. The breakfast is awesome too
Disliked: The wait for the deposit back

A great comfortable stay

Liked: Spacious 2 bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms TV's in both bedrooms and living room. Beds were super comfortable! Breakfast included was a lot better than we were expecting. We will definitely stay there again.
Disliked: Nothing it was really good!
