Liked: The breakfast was amazing
Disliked: Charging a deposit for debit card users, and not honoring booking reservation. Had to complain to be placed in the room I reserved

Horrible, Dirty, wouldn’t recommend

Liked: The location is great.
Disliked: Absolutely disgusting. As soon as you walk in the lobby has a smell, the rooms weren’t very clean, we were told the rooms could not be serviced everyday due to high volume checkouts, so every 3 days it would be cleaned. We asked for our room to be cleaned at 8AM, to only return at 6:45 pm and nothing was done. When we asked to speak to the manager the first thing out of her mouth was “oh the manager is trying to go home” bc she had her bags and keys. The pool was dirty with plastic cups, leaves, no filter & when we asked for it to be cleaned it wasn’t done until the next day. The T level floor to the pool was so disgustingly filthy. There was dog pee on the elevator, the hallway smelt like dog pee/poop. There is a room right next to the pool and you can clearly see that someone lives there with big dogs, the curtains are dirty and chewed up. The pictures look way better than the hotel, don’t be fooled. I tried to get a refund of some sort for my inconvenience and was told bc i booked third party i couldn’t & was offered a drink coupon or $25 coupon to the restaurant in which i didn’t take bc i was not eating or drinking from them. Overall it was a terrible experience & highly wouldn’t recommend to anyone..

Exceptional

Not pleasant .

Liked: Nice , clean and comfortable room. Convenient location. Price.
Disliked: The marijuana smell is very predominant around the hotel. Elevator , hallways . The worse thing was that the Marijuana smell was coming through the vents to my room. Call maintenance, that’s what he says , that someone was smoking in a room near me terrible. 5:00am the dog was barking in the hallway. Barely slept.

Stay Again After Remodeling

Liked: I like that the front desk clerk was nice and very helpful with the check in and made me feel welcome as I came in the door. Did like at the floors are only key access and ppl want just be all over the place. They really have get location I think because they trying to upgrade made things different.
Disliked: That they didn't tell you that it's a 100 dollar deposit if you get a suit which is a room with the kitchen in it..and also they was remodeling and the hotel smell like mold and sitting water.. Also the water didn't really get that hot.

Liked: The rooms were clean and fresh. I have no complaints about the room
Disliked: The pool was very dirty. We couldn't swim.

Great place!

Liked: Room was huge and clean, pool area had plenty of room and generally relaxing, lots of space for my kids to run around.
Disliked: Could have a few more utensils in the kitchenette, and the neighbors above us stomped ALL night, but the front desk accommodated us waking up late due to that by giving us a later check out.

Disappointing

Liked: Suite was big and had lots of room
Disliked: Very dirty all around, a pair men’s underwear were just thrown outside the hotel when you first walk out on the property grounds. Smelled awful in the suite elevators, always dirty and sticky and front desk were not helpful when they charged my debit card for no apparent reason on a prepaid stay and then said they gave me a credit but there was no credit, they would’ve stolen my money had I not checked my acct, went down to the front desk, demanded the manager help and clear the charges and take my card off file immediately. They agreed and it took 5 days for the charges and my money to be back in my checking account. Beware. There is some sketchy stuff going on there. Made me uneasy most days there. Weird things and people coming in and out daily. Never again.
