Good value for money. Breakfast...

Liked: Breakfast was good.
Disliked: There was a cooking range oven in the room but no baking tray provided. The front desk was king enough to provide one when requested for after a day though.

Flagstaff trip

Liked: Staff was excellent & suites were roomy & comfortable
Disliked: That pool wasn’t available & hot tub was out of service & that we had to pay a parking fee for a hotel parking lot

Disliked: Just a suggestion, probably have a broom in the room. And check the dishwasher in room 814. I think its not working properly.

Great stay at Sonesta

Liked: Room was spacious and property had good amenities.
Disliked: Needs better lighting in parking lot at night.

Superb

Liked: Great location for exploring the region, easy freeway access. Close in parking.Friendly and helpful staff. Full-size working kitchen close to supermarket for those nights we didn't want to go out.Plentiful and fresh included breakfast.
Disliked: Missing fire extinguisher, outside our building. Heated breakfast items frequently allowed to cool. Q1
