Liked: The facility was extraordinarily clean. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of my room.

Liked: Ideal setting for a family: 2-bedroom, en-suite, with a reasonably-sized living room, each bedroom and the living room had their own TV (had to confiscate the kids' remote, even), a kitchenette, fridge, oven... fairly well equipped. There was even a fireplace! The hotel also has a launderette with washing and drying machines, there's a large enough parking lot to always find a place, and within a short walking distance there is a plethora of restaurants, shops, or services. The breakfast was included and was ok, there's also a bbq on the terrace, but given the weather we had, it was of no use. It's easy to reach from the nearby parkway and it's very close to the I66 too. A fair distance from DC, but close to IAD.
Disliked: Nothing dramatic, but quite a few small things, which could somewhat spoil an otherwise excellent place. It's right next to the busy motorway. So, earplugs are a must at night, but being someone who never uses them, I didn't find it that much of a problem. It would be nice if they were provided, though, we had them from the flight, otherwise one would need to find them. There are two CVS nearby, mind. The breakfast is free, but not that great. Quite reduced options and pretty much the same every day. The good thing: it can be taken in the room. Which, although has 2 double beds and a sofa, so it could accommodate 6 people, only had 2 chairs and a small table. Also missing, hooks. We had to just throw our coats on the sofa each time. Granted, there's a closet, but when the coats were wet, we couldn't lock them in a closed closet, they need to dry. Likewise for the bathroom: please put some hooks, for the towels, for the underwear, etc. Some maintenance would also be welcome: the doors were creaking (had to oil them), one bathroom door wouldn't stay closed. And hire some English-speaking stuff at breakfast. I find it disturbing that one can't communicate in English in the US.

Liked: Location. Rooms have living room, kitchen, separate bedroom
Disliked: 1st night noise from guest in above unit from 3am-4am. Could hear every floor creak as the person walked around for an hour. 2nd night asked for top unit room. There was dust on top of frig and stove vent, big smear on bathroom mirror, no liquid soap in shower wall bottles. It was unclear if the unit had been cleaned. This was a disappointing stay - my January stay I thought it was great.

Perfect, Spacious, Clean Suites for...

Liked: Everything was perfect. The size of the suite was exactly what we needed for our family of 5. I liked having the 2 separate rooms. The bathrooms were big. Everything was exceptionally clean. The beds were comfy. The kitchen was the cherry on top. Breakfast was great and the staff were on top of replenishing items and cleaning up, The check-in and check-out staff were efficient and friendly. The outside is maintained well, there's a grill you can use and lots of seating outside. I'd def come back the next time we visit DC!
Disliked: Everything was above my expectations.
