Good hotel, but aging perceptibly

Liked: Location good, parking easy, friendly staff, has breakfast
Disliked: Appliances are aging. The stove and the toilet didn’t work well. The sofa bed isn’t comfortable at all. This hotel isn’t as comfortable as it was two years ago when I stayed there last time.

Liked: I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and incredibly helpful. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was even offered a complimentary upgrade, which was a lovely surprise.The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, the linens felt luxurious, and the view from my window was absolutely stunning. Housekeeping did a fantastic job every day, always leaving the room fresh and tidy.The hotel amenities were also top-notch — the fitness center was well-equipped, the spa was serene and relaxing, and the on-site restaurant served delicious meals with great variety. Breakfast each morning was a real highlight, with a wide range of fresh options to suit every taste.Location-wise, the hotel couldn’t be better situated. It was close to everything I needed — shops, restaurants, and key attractions — but still felt quiet and peaceful at night.Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way.
