Liked: Nothing didn’t look like the pictures was the didn’t have access to the fire place and the balcony wasn’t a balcony I didn’t get my money worth I paid extra for a balcony didn’t have my own private balcony paid extra for fire place couldn’t even have it on

Liked: The new Diamond at guest desk was really engaging and helpful and a joy to work with. While the old Diamond was as the same, he is continuing her tradition.

Liked: The bed was extremely comfortable and the sheets were clean.
Disliked: I stayed there for 3 days and did not receive any housekeeping services even though I requested them. The coffee pot did not work and there were broken amenities.

Liked: Guest Services personnel very kind and welcoming. Overall accommodations were comfortable considering the snow and cold weather. Queen suite was spacious and felt like a home away from home.
