Had no idea what to expect, first time in town - went to Crofoot to see Father John Misty. I was completely blown away by the wonderful hotel and staff. Everything was spotless; the room was very comfortable (even the sofa bed); pillows the very best. The staff was friendly and helpful - providing directions, pizza delivery number, and just being nice to talk to. The lady serving breakfast let us early birds start eating right away, instead of making us wait - was nice to see someone giving 110%.
Liked: Great stay - thank you!

Liked: Location to the mall and fact we all could stay in the same room.
Disliked: The door to outside didn?t work, room wasn?t the cleanest and breakfast was limited ... biscuits and gravy not really for everyone should have been some meat like sausages or bacon.

Liked: The kitchen was a great extra feature.
Disliked: The pictures of the room are definitely deceiving it was ALOT smaller then expected. Also the bathroom was through the bedroom so it was inconvenient to use while anyone was sleeping.

Overall, the room was exactly...
Liked: The room and the breakfast selection were great! Loved that they had a smoothie bar and convenience counter open 24 hours in case we didn't want to go out. Bed was comfy and kitchen was stocked perfectly for our romantic dinner in. The location is close by shopping, tons of restaurants and the expressway. Check in and check out were quick.
Disliked: The housekeeping staff were rude, talking loudly in the hallway as I passed about having to clean up after people who use candles and rose petals in rooms and how even if its one petal they just charge an extra fee. Since I was there for Sweetest Day I thought it was especially rude to discuss this in areas where guests can hear. I understand everyone complains about their job, but be smart enough to do it somewhere else. I even interrupted the conversation to ask for a broom to clean up my petals (as I was planning to do anyway) and she rudely said no, I had to go to the front desk to get one.
