Horrible
Disliked: The air conditioner was out in the first room I stayed in on Saturday night. They refused to let me move to a different room said they didn’t have any available. Said they couldn’t send maintenance to my room because it was too late. They said they couldn’t contact the office I mean the manager because she was not in the office until 7 AM. This was at 11 PM Saturday night. I continue to stay there on Sunday morning. I went down to the office and they said they didn’t even have a report of the air conditioner not working so they may report changed me rooms to another room. The room went into there The air conditioner worked however, the sink in the kitchen area when you use it it needs a really horrible odor onto the floor with water everywhere. The maintenance refuse to come fix that as well. They said they would change me rooms. They never did. I am not happy with this entire state. I had my grandson with me and it was the most unpleasant experience I’ve ever went through.

Terrible hotel
Disliked: Everything in the room was dirty. When I first walked in it smelled awful and the couch and floors smelled like urine. There were no face towels and the whole experience was terrible. I asked the person at the front desk for a different room & they said they were all booked & I asked to cancel my two nights & the lady refused to do it even after I showed her the pictures of the room.

Liked: The location and the price
Disliked: I recently started staying at Sonesta and thought that it was a great deal but this experience has made me reconsider options in the future with both Sonesta and with booking.com I did not get a room with a balcony like I booked. The sheets were dirty. The tv was broke. The night customer service would not get up from his seat and stayed on his phone the whole time. On numerous occasions, I was told someone would come out to fix something and the next day, they said they did not receive a work order and the maintenance guy would not be in that day. The staff blamed booking.com and said that they could not do anything since it was booked with a 3rd party vendor, etc. it was a very busy weekend for me and I was exhausted after a long drive. It was totally not acceptable.

Liked: friendly property manager John is great. He help accommodate me with all my needs and was there to make sure I was comfortable and happy with things like this is why I come back.
Disliked: LITTLE TVs and claustrophobic balcony and POOL NOT BEING CLEAN FOR SUMMER 2025
