Disliked: I recently stayed at your suite, and while I found the room itself to be comfortable and appreciated the convenience of having a kitchen, I was extremely disappointed with the condition of the shower/bath.Throughout our entire stay, we had no access to hot water — even after switching rooms. This made it very difficult for my family, and I had to resort to boiling water just so we could have a warm shower. When I contacted maintenance, I was told the hotel has been dealing with a boiler issue for at least a year. If that is the case, it’s deeply concerning that the hotel remains open to guests without a reliable solution in place.A comfortable stay includes access to basic necessities like hot water, and unfortunately, this experience fell far short of expectations. I hope management takes this matter seriously and provides guests with advance notice or a resolution before continuing to operate under these conditions.

Disliked: This facility is highly unmaintained. It was dirty and multiple odors, both in the lobby, hallways and in the rooms. The bed sheetswere not changed...theysimply placed clean sheets on top of the dirty sheets. The inside of the toilet was cracked and the crack was black-filled. We refused to stay there and requested a refund. It reminded me of a motel someone "pays by the hour" for. I'm not a snob but basic cleanliness is a must and the cleaning crew and management needs significant training...or sold to someone who knows how a hotel should look and feel. A person should feel their stay is a "home away from home." I felt if we stayed there, we would leave dirty. The location was in an industrial area and not around food, entertainment or other hotels for that matter.

Liked: The room was nice and clean ! I like how it had everything they even supply dishes incase you want to cook .
Disliked: There were work trucks at the location that occupied a lot of parking spots . Ended up having to park on other side of building from where my room was located .
