Booked a room on 8/25/14 for a concert on 10/18/14. Called twice that day to confirm my reservation since I booked so far in advance. We showed up to check into the hotel a half an hour before we had to be at the show, only for the front desk to tell me the hotel was full and that they did not have a room for us to stay in. They offered us a room 20 miles away - I told them that was not going to work because we were out of town and had not only booked in advance, but called twice that day to confirm. They could not tell me why someone didn't mention this issue during the two prior calls that day. They ended up finding us a room next door and it worked out OK, but it took them almost 25 minutes to rectify the situation and we were late for the concert. Overall they did fix the issue but am not satisfied with the lack of communication, and the fact I watched them check in three additional customers after they told us they were at capacity.

Liked: I really liked the location, everything is very close. The room itself is spacious and comfortable. Although the hotel is in the city center, the room was quiet.
Disliked: There was not enough exhaust in the toilet, or at least to refresh the air in the toilet. There was also no warm blanket in the room for the second bed, only a thin blanket under which the child was cold, when we asked at the reception, they told that there was no such blanket, it would be nice to put a warm blanket on two beds.

PARKING TICKET TRAP
Liked: Spacious room after the extra upgrade
Disliked: The parking ticket trap outside the front door was un apprieciated, I paid for overnight parking and while they realized my truck didn't fit it their parking spot they had us use an app to find parking. While we took our bags upstairs the parking natzi waited for us to get to the door and wrote us a $70 parking ticket,.. keep in mind I paid for the overnight parking with my room. Then used an app and paid for a parking spot that closed 10 min after we used the app and refused our parking pass AND wouldn't return my money because it was 10:10pm so they said it was my fault. It's a shame to treat people this way, I live 3 plus hours away and brought my 1 year old grandbaby to see a pediatric Nephrologist at the Children's hospital the next morning because we've nearly lost him 3 times in his one year of life. So this less than 24 hour day trip cost me $700 just to get this baby to the Dr. For 1 hour. Outside of that my rooms were nice for the 10 hours we were there. . Pretty sad . I will have very little expectations next time

Great location
Liked: Breakfast was very good. Location was perfect for what we were doing in Chicago. Beds were super comfy. The rooms seem to have been modeled very recently so having a small kitchen is always a plus.
Disliked: Some of the stuff were a bit rude. I rarely write this about people and perhaps the 2 people were having a bad day but I thought to mentioned it.

Liked: Great location, breakfast is good.
Disliked: Room cleaning is EVERY 5 DAYS!!! Unbelievable , but our room did not get a full cleaning after those 5 days, we stay 8 nights and we have to request a full cleaning for 3 days, the front desk said that was not their responsibility, we have to talk to the supervisor to make this happen after 7 nights, so disappointed.
