Booked a room on 8/25/14 for a concert on 10/18/14. Called twice that day to confirm my reservation since I booked so far in advance. We showed up to check into the hotel a half an hour before we had to be at the show, only for the front desk to tell me the hotel was full and that they did not have a room for us to stay in. They offered us a room 20 miles away - I told them that was not going to work because we were out of town and had not only booked in advance, but called twice that day to confirm. They could not tell me why someone didn't mention this issue during the two prior calls that day. They ended up finding us a room next door and it worked out OK, but it took them almost 25 minutes to rectify the situation and we were late for the concert. Overall they did fix the issue but am not satisfied with the lack of communication, and the fact I watched them check in three additional customers after they told us they were at capacity.

Location is perfection. Studio is...

Liked: The space was more than perfect. I loved having a full size kitchen and microwave so that I could order as much food as I want and not worry about tossing leftovers. Also the OCEAN IS ONLY A BLOCK AWAY!!!
Disliked: Wasn’t a fan of no overhead lighting in the rooms

We enjoyed the hotel, very...

Liked: Very spacious, clean room. Good kitchen. Excellent location. Nice little gym.Overall a very comfortable experience .
Disliked: Terrible wifi. Somewhat noisy in the morning. Breakfast is just ok- could have more fresh fruit, they had only oranges and apples ,some oatmeal would have been great and non-dairy milk.

Liked: The hotel over all was nice
Disliked: The young lady at the front desk.....was horrible.. she literally questioned what type of credit card I was using....and said I could not use it ....I told her it's the same card I made the reservation with and she said...did I have another card ....I said no.....it was so uncomfortable my wife and I checked out a day early because of it.
