We would never stay here...

Liked: The breakfast was ok, breakfast staff was helpful, but they ran out pretty quickly.
Disliked: When we arrived the rooms were not even on the same hall even though they emailed us and told us they could meet our requests. One of our rooms when we arrived (3rd floor) the windows were wide open and it was 90+° outside. And the fridge was leaking. Every single time we would come back to our room are cards wouldn’t work. We had to have them redo our cards every day multiple times a day. They also wouldn’t work for the outside doors, so when we went to the pool we couldn’t get back in with out knocking. It was just honestly a run down hotel and the key situation was a pain!

Liked: Temp of room good with view of pool. Had two bathrooms available with walkin closets in both rooms.
Disliked: Small pool area was overcrowded. Roach was present in our bedroom crawling on the wall next to bed and both toilets had clotted twice with no plugger available in room. Had to go to the front desk to request a plumber. Sheets were not clean had multiple strains present. During breakfast, waffle and pancake maker was not available due to machine being broken.

Worst stay ever!!!!

Disliked: My Chevy Silverado was broken into in broad daylight. The hotel stated they don’t have cameras anywhere on the premises.

Liked: The staff was nice.
Disliked: Roaches. 1st room they put us in smelt like piss. We asked for a different room, the room smelt fine at first then as we stayed longer in the room the room smelt like mold. Carpet was dirty.
