Nice staff, beautiful location, breakfast...

Liked: The location was beautiful. The front desk staff were so friendly!
Disliked: The floors and carpet were filthy in the room. Everything else seemed to be clean but my husbands socks were black and my feet stuck to the floor. They need to shampoo the rugs in room 121!! Also do a better job of mopping the floors! The room was a little worm with stains on the couch. I don’t even want to think about what’s on them!

Disappointed, disgusted, waste of money

Disliked: The couch was wet. I didn’t realize until I sat down and my shorts were wet. Switched rooms and went to out linens on the pull out coach and the sheets had what appeared to be soiled with poop stains. I showered and the the tub was filthy, had sand at the bottom and the shower walls were filthy. The room also smelled like cigarette smoke. The hallway smelled like fried chicken. If it was not so late I would had asked for my money back and stayed else where. We were traveling with young children.

Liked: The pool was nice and the rooms are spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The only negative was that the bed skirt looked like it hadn’t been washed. It was torn and didn’t look clean.

Disliked: Upon my arrival, room was not clean. Housekeeping responded immediately and tidied up room.
